What stays with you

Notes, tasks, diagrams, calendar and emails you bring into Kura stay on your Mac and, if you turn it on, in your iCloud. They don't go through our servers.

When you connect an AI assistant, it reads what you allow, using your account with it. That data follows the privacy policy of the service you chose.

What we receive

Purchase: your name, email, country and order details, to deliver the license, give support and meet tax obligations. Card and payment details stay with Dodo Payments; we never see them.

License: the key, the Mac's name and a device identifier, to track how many Macs the license is active on.

Updates: the app checks kuramd.app for new versions. That request includes your IP address and the app version.

Support: whatever you write to us by email.

Who we share it with

Dodo Payments, which processes the payment as merchant of record. Email and hosting services we use to deliver licenses and run the site. We don't sell data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Purchase and license data are kept while the license exists and for as long as tax law requires. Support messages, for up to 2 years.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. Write to [email protected].
